We have now been twice since they opened. The food is really what gives this 5 stars. Both times we got the coconut shrimp & scallops over stuffed clams for apps. 1st time we both got the fajita trio: amazing portion size & great flavor. This past time we went w dinner specials and both were cooked perfectly, flavorful & enough to bring home for a nice reheated lunch the next day.

Just got back from eating at the New Mexican Restaurant in Port Ewen (Mountain View Mexican Restaurant). The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We had cheese cake for dessert it was the best I had in a long time. I definitely recommend it and we will go back.

Best tortilla soup literally ever. They have the same soup at their other location Skyview and I was psyched they opened another!
Also our waitress was a sweetheart! You won’t be disappointed ♥️
